The Workforce Development Programme, fully funded by the Welsh Assembly Government, is designed to provide free high quality advice and guidance to employers throughout Wales and offers organisations the opportunity to receive funding and support to gain the Investor in People standard. It also helps employers to identify and address basic skills needs within their workforce and to develop the leadership and management skills their company requires to take them successfully forward into the future.
Triangle delivers the part of the programme that helps employers identify their needs, matches them to the support and funding available, and then helps them through the process.
