Triangle is proud of its Welsh roots, and also of its continued growth since those early days some 20 years ago when the business first started as a modest enterprise in North Wales.
The business soon started to grow and it wasn’t long before an increasing workload - including a contract to deliver several Small Firms Training Initiative programmes in North Wales - and a consequent increase in staff numbers highlighted the need for larger premises.
Further similar contracts to undertake the Skills for Small Businesses Programme in other parts of England led to the opening of Triangle’s first Gloucester office which itself quickly grew to embrace work throughout the South of England, London and South Wales.
Meanwhile, further business expansion in the London area led to the establishment of a new London office, which today is based at Shepherds Bush.
In 2001 the company underwent a management buyout by Eve Slater and David Michael (the current Managing Directors) resulting in the change of business name to Triangle, as it is known today.
In summer 2008 the new Wales premises in Cardiff, under the leadership of director and founder Laurence Waxman, was officially opened to spearhead further expansion in Wales. Triangle continues to grow and evolve to the point where the shape, structure and scope of the present company bears little resemblance to the original business, except that the Triangle name remains and continues to represent and embody the self same principles of honesty and integrity, consistently deliver high impact, high quality services and constantly exceed client expectations.
