Skills Brokers and Account Managers - London Office

Experience/ Track record

Do you have:

  1. Knowledge of skills and qualifications
  2. Knowledge of provider marketplace
  3. Employer/employee development
  4. Health & Social Care sector and/or Business and Finance sector and/or Creative and Cultural sector

The aim of the Standard is to ensure that accredited Skills Brokers delivering the Train to Gain service are: credible to employers, effective in assisting employers to meet their training needs and capable of adding public value by helping employers see the value of sustained investment in skills, in line with their business goals.

Skills Brokers must work towards the New Standard and the gain accreditation within 9 months of registration.

In practice, the Triangle Fusion brokerage model is a collaboration between Skills Brokers ‘in the field’ and support staff ‘in the office’.

Triangle win bid to deliver business support in Wales

Triangle is pleased to announce the opening of their new offices in Cardiff city centre, in response to a successful bid to carry out work for the Welsh Assembly Government:

The ‘Workforce Development Programme’ is designed to provide free high quality advice and guidance to employers throughout Wales and offers organisations the opportunity to receive funding and support to gain the Investor in People standard. It also helps employers to identify and address basic skills needs within their workforce and to develop the leadership and management skills their company requires to take them successfully forward into the future.
