Can I still qualify for a contract even if I have a bad credit history?

At Triangle Fusion Phones we focus on providing mobile contracts to all our customers. Almost 100% of all applications sent to us are approved. Therefore, there’s very low possibility that we will deny you a contract due to bad credit. However, we will need you to prove that you can afford to pay your monthly instalments.

How long will the application take and how long will I have to wait to receive the new phone?

The process can last as long as you take to fill in the application forms. The sooner you finish, the faster the process will be. Ensure you do not fill in false data as this can waste time to correct and you might even be rejected if it is established you are not who you claim to be. If your application goes well, you will receive your phone within a maximum of 24 working hours.

What kind of phones do you offer?

We have all types of phones including flagship killer smartphones so the choice is yours. We also try to update our supplies every now and then, to ensure we are offering the latest and fashionable phones.

Can I get a refurbished phone contract?

Yes, we do have reconditioned phones as we sometimes call them. In fact, such a contract will have a much cheaper monthly instalment. However, it is important to note that at Triangle Fusion Phones you won’t have to settle for an old phone just because you want a refurbished phone. Most of our phones look brand new as we even consider phones that have been returned within 7 days as refurbished. If you are lucky, you could get a phone that’s barely a week old!

How long can a contract last?

Our contracts are usually spread over 12, 18 and 24 months.

Can I pay off my contract early?

Yes, we actually encourage you to do so. This is because it will greatly reduce the total sum you would have to pay, saving you a good amount of money over time.

What is cashback and do you offer it on your mobile phone contracts?

Cashback is what is sometimes called redemption. What it means is that you will be receiving money back from your provider all throughout the life of your contract. For provision purposes, you will be required to send in your paid phone bills as evidence to the phone shop. And although it may seem like so much work, it is important to send in your bills and stick to the stipulations, as this can save you a good amount of money every month. Unfortunately, at Triangle Fusion Phones we do not offer cashback on our contracts. However, there are several other providers that can offer this service as part of the chosen mobile contract.

What if I lose my phone or it’s stolen, what do I do?

We are here for you and we will ensure we help you. Therefore when you lose your phone, contact us immediately after you contact the police. The police will give you a crime reference number that we will need when taking care of your insurance. To be on the safe side when such incidences happen, ensure you have an insurance cover for your phone.
