By Tube
The nearest tube station is Shepherds Bush on the Central Line or Shepherds Bush on the Hammersmith & City Line.

Come out of the station and turn left onto Uxbridge Road (passing Shepherds Bush common on your right) Turn left into Caxton Road and go right to the end of the street. Triangle are based at the very end of Caxton Road on the right (Unit D).
From the Central Line.
Come out of the station and turn left onto Uxbridge Road (passing Shepherds Bush common on your left) Turn right into Caxton Road and go right to the end of the street. Triangle are based at the very end of Caxton Road on the right (Unit D).

By Car
From the M4
Leave the M4 at junction 15, then at Badbury roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A419 signposted Swindon. Carry on along the A419 for approximately 15 miles. At next roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A417, signposted M5, Gloucester.
At Air Balloon roundabout take the 1st exit onto the A417, signposted Gloucester. At Zoons Court roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A417, signposted Gloucester. At Elm Bridge Court roundabout take the 2nd exit onto the A40, signposted Ross.
At next roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A38 (signposted Tewkesbury). Continue along the A38 past the BP garage and The Oakwood Pub on the left. Continue for approx 300 yards then turn left into Twigworth Court Business Centre. Triangle is based in Unit 11.
From the M5
Leave the M5 at junction 11, then at the roundabout take the 3rd exit and merge onto the A40 (signposted Cirencester, Gloucester). At Elmbridge Court roundabout take the 4th exit onto the A40 (signposted Ross). At roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A38 (signposted Tewkesbury). Continue along the A38 past the BP garage and The Oakwood Pub on the left. Continue for approx 300 yards then turn left into Twigworth Court Business Centre. Triangle is based in Unit 11.
By Bus
The no. 71 Gloucester to Tewkesbury bus stops outside Orchard Park (a few hundred yards from Twigworth Court Business Centre)
By Train
The nearest train station is Gloucester (approximately 15 minutes by car). Taxis can be found outside the station entrance. Trains run frequently between Gloucester and London Paddington.

By Car
From the M4 (heading west)
Leave the M4 at junction 29 then join the A48(M) motorway (signposted Cardiff Airport). Continue forward onto the A48 for approx 6 miles then turn left onto the A48 (signposted City Centre, Cardiff Airport, University Hospital). Branch left onto the A4119, then at T-junction turn left onto the A4119 (signposted City Centre). At traffic signals turn left onto the A4119 (signposted City Centre) You are now in Cathedral Road. Proceed for approx 1 mile past playing fields on your left. Go through 3 sets of traffic lights. Sophia House is on your left just past the turning for Sophia Gardens.
From the M4 (heading east)
Leave the M4 at junction 33, then at roundabout take the 3rd exit onto the A4232 (signposted Penarth). After approx 3 miles take the exit for Leckwith and at the roundabout take the first exit towards the City Centre. Go straight over at the traffic lights and pass under a railway bridge. At the next set of lights (on a crossroad) turn left. Go straight on at the next lights, and then left at another set of lights directly into Cathedral Road. Proceed for approx 500 yards. Sophia House is the last but one building on the right before the lights.
Parking
Visitor parking is available at Sophia House (please call to arrange a space to be reserved for you) alternatively the nearest parking is in Sophia Gardens.
By Bus
The following bus routes stop on Cathedral Road; 25 and 62. Both these buses go from the D stand in the Cardiff bus station.
By Train
The nearest station is Cardiff Central (only a few minutes by car).
