Vacancies - Learner Account Managers
Triangle currently has several new vacancies for Learner Account Managers based across the South West. The position will primarily involve engaging with and supporting apprentices to obtain and complete apprenticeships within host employers. Learner Account Managers will be responsible for providing Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) in a pastoral capacity to apprentices as well as building relationships and networks with relevant stakeholders in the region.
To be considered for this position you should be able to demonstrate the ability to make effective judgements as well as good communication and problem solving skills. You should be qualified to IAG level 3 and have 3 A-levels or equivalent.

Vacancies - Leadership and Management Specialist Advisor
Triangle has an exciting new opportunity for a Leadership and Management Specialist Advisor. This position, based in London, would involve building relationships with employers and successfully introducing them to the benefits of the Leadership and Management skills development programme. As an advisor you would be expected to ascertain training needs and independently and impartially identify effective learning solutions.

Vacancies - Bid Writer
Triangle has an exciting opening for a Bid Writer, working closely with the Business Development Director and Senior Management team to support Triangle to successfully win new public sector business. The role, based in our Gloucester office, will involve writing successful proposals, expressions of interest, presentations and pre-qualification questionnaires to secure new business in line with Triangle’s business plan.
The successful candidate will also be expected to identify new bid opportunities and measure their suitability for Triangle. Working closely within the Business Development team they will support the development of new, creative and innovative ideas and delivery models.
To be considered for this role you must have significant experience and a proven track record of writing and submitting successful public sector bids, as well as knowledge and experience of the skills, employment and business development sectors. Exposure to a broad range of business disciplines would be an advantage. It is also preferable that you have experience of financial and business modelling and are able to develop and maintain partner relationships through effective networking.

Vacancies - Programme Sales Executive (South West Office)
Triangle currently has several openings in our expanding team for Programme Sales Executives. This role will involve effectively engaging with Employers, Learning Providers and young people. The succesful candidate will be expected to be able to promote our products and services to external clients and maximise sales leads where appropriate. We are ideally looking for enthusiastic and confident people with some business to business telesales experience as well as excellent customer service skils.
The succesful candidate will need to work well within a team, have good IT skills and impeccable attention to detail. Some of the responsiblities in this role will include; confidently liaising with internal and external colleagues to ensure clear communication at all times, understanding and explaining individual services to external clients and discovering and determining individual client's needs.

Vacancies - Project Co-ordinator (London)
An exciting opportunity has arisen within Triangle for a Project Co-ordinator, the role will be based in London and the successful candidate will support partners on the delivery and compliance of Triangle’s Passport to Work Project (P2W) in order to meet contract targets.
The role will also involve the delivery of training, guidance and support to ‘hard to reach’ young people, ensuring their successful and sustained progression into employment.
