Triangle’s origins are rooted in North Wales and date back some 20 years to the time when the business was first started by Laurence Waxman.
In common with many new start-ups, the business began modestly but with determination and nurturing its early promise soon showed through and it wasn’t long before it started to grow and, with increasing staff numbers to handle the workload, a decision was made to move to more spacious offices in nearby Chester.
Amongst the first major contracts undertaken by Triangle were the Small Firms Training Initiative Programme in North Wales and the Skills for Small Businesses Programme delivered in Merseyside and other parts of England, including Gloucestershire.
This work led to the opening of Triangle’s first Gloucester office, a small business unit in the heart of the city centre, and the appointment of Eve Slater to manage the Gloucester operation which itself quickly grew to embrace work throughout the South of England, London and South Wales. Meanwhile, further business expansion in the London area under the leadership of David Michael led to the establishment of a London office.
In 2001 the company underwent a management buyout by Eve Slater and David Michael (current Managing Directors) resulting in the change of business name to Triangle, as it is known today.
By 2006 growth in our London operation necessitated a move to larger premises and we established a new office in Shepherds Bush and in the summer of 2008 a new Cardiff office was officially opened to spearhead further expansion in Wales.
Triangle has continued to grow and evolve to the point where the shape, structure and scope of the present company bears little resemblance to the original business, except that the Triangle name remains and continues to represent and embody the self same principles of honesty and integrity whilst consistently delivering high impact, high quality services.
