Showcase Ireland Research Project

Project outline
Triangle’s objective was to manage and deliver a project to research and cleanse an existing database of over 6000 business contacts. The client, a major events and exhibition company, hoped to use this data for future direct marketing campaigns.

Project delivery
Training was undertaken for key Triangle personnel in order to understand the background and exact needs of the client. A bespoke database was built and systems were put into place to effectively record the outcomes of the calls and to incorporate comments associated with the outcome. Intensive telemarketing activity ensured that data was validated accurately and that all inputted information was usable.

A successful result
All contacts on the database were called, and a verification procedure ensured that even unsuccessful contacts were called at least 3 times. Over 50% of the contact data was positively validated for future use.
