The South East Apprenticeship Company
The South East Apprenticeship Company (SEAC) looks to match apprentices with companies throughout the South East of England.
SEAC and other ATAs (Apprenticeship Training Agencies) were launched following a government pledge to increase skills and qualifications across the national workforce, particularly among school-leavers. SEAC acts as the employer, although apprentices take up their work placement at a host company sourced by SEAC, which reduces the risks for all parties.
SEAC faces the challenge of engaging employers to act as hosts and take on apprentices, and Triangle was approached for their specialist telemarketing experience. Triangle was already providing a similar service to their sister company South West Apprenticeship Company and was therefore well suited to help SEAC reach their objectives.
The integrated service supplied to SEAC includes diary management, appointment making and other support with sales communications. One important aspect of the project was timings, and Triangle has implemented a robust schedule to meet required appointment targets within tight deadlines.
