British Pathe Ltd approached Triangle to manage their subscription service after realising their experience in project management coupled with employer engagement.
British Pathé is the world’s finest film and newsreel archive; it contains 3500 hours of filmed history, 90,000 film items, over 12 million stills and spans from 1896 to 1976. It is fully digitised and also viewable in low resolution online.
Triangle have been chosen to deliver the new subscription service - a pioneering new initiative between the Museums, Libraries and Archives Council and British Pathé that makes the entire British Pathé Archive available in broadcast quality for display to the public for a cost effective monthly subscription.
Triangle is managing all incoming subscription enquiries in addition to other marketing activities for the campaign. Elements of the service include: dedicated customer service helpline, outbound telemarketing, direct mail and email marketing campaigns, administration support services and project management.
