South West Apprenticeship Company website goes live!

In line with the launch of the South West Apprenticeship Company (SWAC) during Apprenticeship Week last month, the SWAC website is fully live and now includes a selection of Apprentice vacancies.

SWAC brings a fresh approach to Apprenticeships.  It removes risk by employing the Apprentice directly. Apprentices are then placed with ‘host organisations’ for the duration of their Apprenticeship. SWAC identifies host organisations for an Apprentice to work for, matches them with suitable candidates and organises the delivery of training with colleges or private training providers.
